Randy Moss went high in both staff leagues and hasn't performed yet, but Week 5 was encouraging for Moss owners.

The staff at FantasyFootball.com held two staff leagues this season. One was a 20-team PPR drafted league and the other was a 16-team auction league.  Let’s take a look at how things are progressing after five weeks of football. As you know, all of these guys are experts in fantasy football, so as you can imagine, the trash talk is rough on those guys at the bottom.

Only Ryan Brooks is still undefeated but luck has been on his side as he only has 502 points on the year while seven other teams have outscored Mr. Brooks. Team Ryan Brooks has benefited from good weeks from Hines Ward, Clinton Portis, and Brett Favre so far to take the early lead. Greg Brosh actually leads the league in points with 557, but only sports a 2-3 record. Brosh has Drew Brees, Frank Gore, and Greg Jennings, so expect him to make a playoff run. Robb Harkey and Andrew Goldhawk are also sitting pretty with 4-1 records so far this season. As long as Steven Jackson and Edgerrin James score, then Harkey will be in the mix and Goldhawk will rely on Andre Johnson and Roddy White to carry his team. On the bad side of things, Todd Zola is 0-5, but since he is a baseball expert at FantasyBaseball.com, we will let it slide. The President of FF.com (Craig Davis) is lurking at 3-2 in this very deep league. Waiver wire pickups are at a premium in this league as 20 owners are searching deep each week. Hope you have time to take a look at some of the rosters and give us your thoughts in the comments area at the end of this page.
