Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is FantasyFootball.com?
A: FantasyFootball.com is an innovative website offering insight and analysis to fantasy football players of all skill levels. We provide in-depth expert articles, fantasy player news, depth charts, tools, and everything else you can imagine to help you win your fantasy football league.

Q: Can I buy JUST Live Advice by itself?
A: Unfortunately, no. We tried to piece this puzzle together the best we could, but it’s just not happening the way we planned. That’s one of the main reasons we lowered the price for the platinum package. We wanted everyone to be able to experience LIVE ADVICE at an affordable price while receiving everything else we have to offer.

Q: What do I get in the Platinum Package that I don’t get in the Gold Package?
A: Live Advice, for one. But, if that’s not enough for you, you also receive access to platinum forums, a free copy of FantasyFootball.com The Magazine, a free copy of the Draft Guide, FantasyBowl.com Giveaways, The My Locker Tool, and a Mobile Fantasy News Option. You get all that for ONLY $20 more!

Q: If I get the Gold Package and decide I want LIVE ADVICE, can I upgrade to the Platinum Package?
A: Absolutely. All you need to do is contact Lisa, our billing manager, by calling 1-866-475-9002. She will have you upgraded in just minutes.

Q: How long does my subscription last?
A: With a Silver Package, you’ll receive our drafting tools and rankings during the preseason, so your subscription will essentially expire after the regular season begins. The other two packages, Gold and Platinum, will expire on February 17, 2008.

Q: What do I do if I have a question that hasn’t been answered here in the FAQ section?
A: Call Lisa toll free, 1-866-475-9002.
