Sorgi To Sit Again
Aug 27 2008, 08:34 PM
Colts QB Jim Sorgi was not at practice again today as he recovers from a "gimpy knee." Head Coach Tony Dungy said that Sorgi is recovering well and that “He’s doing better, He appears to be healing. The swelling’s going down. He’s not here today, but he is doing better."
Sorgi does not have much value if QB Peyton Manning is able to get on the field. Manning is likely going to be fine and as a result Sorgi may not have much value anyhow. Regardless, Sorgi appears to be on the steady recovery track and should be ready for the season opener in case Manning is not.
